PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

B.M.P. Europe srl, as data controller (hereinafter “Data Controller”), informs you, pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”) and to national and other legislation regarding the protection of personal data, that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes (“Privacy Policy”).
For the purposes of this notice, an interested party in the processing of Data means the natural person (and the structure to which he belongs) or legal entity that intends to send a message to our contacts, the owner of the data processing (the “Owner”). We inform you that the data required for sending the contact form are essential to process any questions and / or requests. Failure to provide the Data (in particular, e-mail address) will prevent the message from being transmitted electronically.
The Data will be processed by the Owner exclusively in relation to the purposes expressed by the messages received, such as by way of example, to respond to any requests or to provide information relating to our products. Subject-matter of treatment

The Data Controller processes the personal, identification and non-sensitive data (by way of example but not limited to, name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, etc. – hereinafter “personal data” or “data”) communicated by you when registering for the website www.bmpdoors.com (hereinafter “Application” or “Site”) or for the request form of the Data Controller’s newsletter, for the order and/or purchase of online products through the Site, for filling in and sending a contact form to the Data Controller or, in any case, for sending any of your requests to the Data Controller.

Retention period

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore:
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Holder and the User will be retained until the execution of such contract is completed.
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied.
